Sicilian Salad with Sevillano Olives and Orange Slices

Recipe

2 bags mixed greens
10 oz Sicilian Sevillano Olives with Orange Slices & Fennel Seeds

3 oz Feta Cheese
1 sliced Cucumber

1/2 cup of Bariani Olive Oil

1/4 cup of Blood Orange Vinegar

1 teaspoon of liquid from Sevillano Olive jar

sundried tomatoes chopped

fresh crushed garlic

cracked black pepper

Fleur de Sel Sea Salt

Mix all liquid ingredients together then pour over the greens and sliced cucumber and toss. Serve dressed greens onto individual salad plates. Using a garlic press top each salad with some crushed garlic. Crumble and sprinkle the feta cheese over the top and repeat with the chopped sundried tomatoes. Take whole olives and garnish each plate of salad with a few. Remove the orange slices from the olive jar and cut into quarter slices to also garnish the salad plate. Serve. Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste for each diner.
