Dover Sole with Red Pepper Tapenade
Recipe

 1 tsp Plain Pure Grapeseed Oil                                         
 1 lb Dover sole
½ Tbl
Cyprus Black Lava Salt                                           sole red pepper sauce                                         
 1 ½ Tbl lemon juice
1 roma tomato thinly sliced
3 Tbl
Roasted Red Bell Pepper Tapenade
 
Mix lemon juice tapenade and salt
in small bowl.
Heat oil in coated cast iron pan
like le cruset on med high.
place dover sole in pan top with
 tapenade mixture cover with tomato slice
cover pan cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with green salad and green beans
