Hot Parmasean Pacific Clams
Recipe

Pre heat oven to 425 degrees F.

Open can culengues (pacific clams) and drain and place two clams in each shell.

Season with fleur de sel and pepper, a few drops of infused lemon extra virgin olive oil, a small dollap of sundried tomato tapanade than sprinkle parmasan cheese.

 Bake for 2 minutes, serve and enjoy.
