Tofu mayo
Ingredients 1 (10.5 ounce) package firm silken tofu 1 1/2 teaspoons Anjou Pear Vinegar tablespoon ginger finely chooped 1 teaspoon Fleur de Sel white pepper 1/2 teaspoon poupon mustard t tbl oj squeeze lemon juice
Directions 1.In a blender combine tofu, vinegar, salt, pepper, ginger, mustard and oj. Blend until smooth. Squeeze lemon juice and stir. Keep refrigerated.

Fish Tacos with low cal tofu mayo slaw
1 head napa cabbage 1 bocs pear peeled diced 20 grapes halves 6 oz cod, cooked in a non stick pan 6 corn tortilla 1/2 cup tofu mayo
place slaw on tortilla add 2 oz of cod drizzle a little Sriracha if you want a little heat.
