2 Tablespoons lavender honey 1/4 cup lavender syrup
1 teaspoon Tahitian Vanilla Extract 12 fresh figs, halved 12-inch wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes 1 pint mascarpone 1/4 cup chopped Brazilian Nuts
Heat oven broiler to high. Whisk together honey, lavender syrup, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Skewer figs, brush the honey-lavender mixture generously over the figs and then grill until just starting to caramelize, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle remaining tablespoon honey mixture over top. Dollop with mascarpone and sprinkle with chopped Brazilian nuts. Serve.
